After School Program Staff | part-time

We’re looking for energetic, dependable, and caring team members to help create a fun, safe, and engaging after-school experience for kids.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, including active play and hands-on projects

• Spend time outdoors with students in all seasons

• Assist with daily lessons and learning activities

• Build positive relationships with students and encourage their growth

• Communicate and engage with families in a warm and professional way

• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids

• Energetic, creative, and dependable

• Patient and able to connect with children of different ages and personalities

• Comfortable being active and spending time outdoors

• A positive team player with strong communication skills

Schedule: Monday–Friday, after school
